Description
The Montefalco Sagrantino Passito di Arnaldo Caprai was born in vineyards located in the lands of Montefalco in Umbria, from a company that is continuously developing to create wines with great personality and typicality.
It is produced exclusively with Sagrantino grapes. The wine ages for about 15 months in barriques, and for a further 12 months in bottle.
Sagrantino Passito is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet with hints of blackberries, strawberries, vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate it is sweet and warm, with an intense tannin.
It is perfect to accompany aged cheeses, it is ideal in combination with chocolate, dry sweets and pastries.
