Puglia IGT Moscato Secco Santaloja 2018 Tor de' Falchi

Puglia Santajola di Tor de 'Falchi was born in vingeti located in the municipalities of Canosa di Puglia and Minervino Murge, in the province of Barletta.

It is produced entirely with Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested and selected by hand in late August. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel wine vessels at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel and then rests in the bottle where it stabilizes and refines its organoleptic characteristics.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of peach and citrus, enriched with balsamic notes. In the mouth it is pleasantly full and mineral, with a good acid structure that accompanies towards an aromatic and persistent finish.

Excellent as an aperitif or for the preparation of cocktails, it is perfect to accompany fish, seafood, shellfish, fried calamari and soft cheeses.
