Description
Moscato d'Asti Il Biancospino is produced by La Spinetta, one of the most interesting wineries on the Piedmontese wine scene. The grapes come from vineyards located in the municipalities of Coazzolo and Castagnole delle Lanze, in the province of Asti.
The Moscato grapes are vinified in an autoclave at a controlled temperature for about a month.
Intense straw yellow in color, it has aromas of white and yellow flowers, tropical fruit and citrus fruits. The sip is aromatic, with a mineral and persistent finish.
To be combined with desserts based on cocoa and hazelnuts.
