Description

The Moscato d'Asti Turna Lunga di Bel Colle comes from 100% Moscato grapes, one of the indigenous white grape varieties of Piedmont.

At the end of the harvesting operations at the end of August, we proceed with a vinification in the absence of oxygen and fermentation in thermoregulated steel tanks for 10 days. The wine then ages for 2 months on the lees.

It has a straw yellow color. The nose is expressed with aromas of white and yellow flowers, white melon and golden apple. With a good structure, it stands out for its aromatic and appetizing sip.

To be combined with savory vegetable pies, legume soups and white meats.
