Description

Wine that celebrates the 650th anniversary of the birth of the winery, it comes from its own vineyards located on the steep slopes of the Moselle, Saar and Ruwer, territories of great wine-growing vocation in Germany.

It is made entirely from Riesling grapes. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts that allow to faithfully reflect the terroir of origin. Aging in steel follows.

Intense straw yellow in color, with hints of ripe gooseberry and red currant on the nose. The sip is fresh and opulent, of great freshness and minerality.

To be served in the company of poultry and spicy dishes, it goes perfectly with soft cheeses and seafood recipes.
