Description

Pierre Luneau-Papin's Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Clos des Allées originates from a vineyard located in the municipality of Le Landreau. This plot is known as Clos des Allèe, of which Pierre is the sole owner.

It is made up of 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes, handpicked by vines over the age of 45 and planted on shale and mineral soils. The fermentation, carried out spontaneously by indigenous yeasts, is followed by a pause on its fine lees of about 9 months, in underground vats.

In the glass it is bright, in its straw yellow color. The bouquet recalls floral notes of jasmine, narcissus and other white flowers, finished with a fruity texture of pear and citrus on a mineral iodine background. In the mouth it is markedly mineral and has a full, complex body. It closes in an echo of finesse and precision.

Ideal as an accompaniment to a prawn and avocado salad
