Description
The Private Reserve is the excellence of the Cabernet Sauvignon according to Beringer, the cellar of the Californian Napa Valley.
The grapes are harvested from different vineyards and vinified separately. The wines obtained refining, before final assembly, in French oak barrels for a period of about 20 months.
Dark ruby red. The nose shows a riot of black fruit, blueberry, blackberry and violet. The palate is surrounded by a silky texture and gentle tannins, in a balanced combination with a full body and vivid freshness.
To be combined with stewed lamb chops.
