Description

Nebbiolo d'Alba is produced by the Palladino winery, founded in 1974 in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe.

The Nebbiolo grapes are pressed and vinified in steel tanks. The maceration takes place at a controlled temperature for about 15 days while the refinement takes place in wooden barrels for 12 months.

It has a pale garnet red colour. Notes of cherry, raspberry, violet and licorice stand out on the nose. In the mouth it is structured and sapid, with present and fine tannins and excellent persistence.

Excellent in combination with pasta with meat sauce, grilled meats and aged cheeses.
