Nebbiolo d'Alba Brut Rosé Ruj by San Silvestro is a sparkling wine made using the Metodo Classico from Nebbiolo grapes, the emblematic variety of Piedmont, reimagined in a refined and original style. This wine is crafted from carefully selected grapes and represents an elegant and contemporary expression, skilfully balancing finesse and character.
The production process involves secondary fermentation in the bottle following the Metodo Classico, with an extended period of aging on the lees that develops complexity and structure. This method enhances the varietal characteristics of Nebbiolo, endowing the wine with aromatic depth and a fine, persistent mousse.
It displays a delicate, bright rosé color with a fine and continuous perlage. On the nose, it reveals great elegance with notes of cherry, enriched by floral hints of rose and violet. On the palate, it is harmonious and refined, offering pleasant freshness and a balanced structure.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with shellfish and fish-based dishes.
