Description

Pinot Nero Luca Padroggi is an organic and vegan wine made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

To obtain this wine, a late harvest is carried out with careful selection of the grapes. After arriving in the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed to be left to macerate for 15-20 days with continuous pumping over. Alcoholic fermentation and racking follow.

Medium intensity ruby red color, with hints of wild red fruits and spicy notes of licorice and black pepper. On the palate it is fresh, with good structure, with excellent body balance and highly evolved tannins. With an enveloping and moderately persistent finish.

Perfect wine for game, beef and cold cuts and cheeses based aperitifs.
