Description

The Linton Park Cabernet Sauvignon is a South African expression of the international red berried grape par excellence. The experience acquired by the director of the winery and his collaborators in areas of absolute prestige such as Chateau Margaux, Australia or California, puts himself at the service of his own vineyards and knows how to obtain a complex and elegant wine from them.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which make up this wine in purity, are harvested by hand during the month of February. They are de-stemmed, crushed and fermented in steel tanks. 12 months aging in French and American barriques follows.

It has a very intense dark ruby red color. The perfume is characterized by pleasant aromas of caramelized fruit, chocolate and berries. In the mouth it shows a rich and fruity wine, with a well-structured body.

Perfect if paired with a pork roast.
