Description

Red Rhino is a signature to international vines of South African expression, but it is also the signature to a project to protect animals and the environment. The wines bottled under this brand in fact derive from a cooperation between the Wellington winery, Linton Park, and the association "Save the Rhino" which deals with saving the African prairie rhinoceros from extinction. One of these labels is Merlot, red from French origin and, here, shaped by the warm sun of South Africa.

The grapes are harvested from the vineyards owned by Linton Park and, once transported to the cellar, they follow a vinification process entirely in steel.

The color of this Merlot is intense, ruby red with an impenetrable thickness. It opens with notes of red fruit jam, including blackberry and plum. In the mouth it shows a solid and soft body, which closes on a menthol trail.

To be accompanied with a dish of mature cow's milk cheeses.
