Description

The Paestum Aglianico Rosato Frizzante The Fric di Casebianche comes to life from the ancient Dellemore vineyard, located in the Salerno town of Torchiara, in the heart of Cilento.

It is an organic sparkling wine made exclusively with Aglianico grapes, obtained by refermentation in the bottle, according to the "ancestral" method, ie without any addition of yeast or sulfur dioxide.

Casebianche's Aglianico Rosato Il Fric is characterized by a lively cherry pink color. The nose is dominated by fragrant notes of raspberry and strawberry, with hints of mandarin and rose to close the picture. The sip is dry and clean, with a pleasant elegance and flavor, with a mineral finish on pomegranate notes.

Excellent to serve as an aperitif, it proves excellent with appetizers and delicate first courses.
