Description
Villa Giada's “Mané” Chardonnay is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown on marl-limestone soils, which are particularly well-suited for producing high-quality white wines. The vineyards, managed according to certified integrated pest management principles, guarantee a perfect balance between structure and aromatic finesse, offering an authentic expression of the Piedmontese territory.
The vinification process involves hand-harvesting the grapes, which are placed in small crates to preserve their integrity. The must ferments at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16°C, a process designed to maximize the typical aromas and flavors of the grape variety, maintaining freshness and elegance.
In the glass, it shows an intense yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas ranging from floral and citrus notes, with hints of renetta apple and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is full and rich, with a pleasant fruity and citrusy character that gives balance and persistence.
It pairs perfectly with appetizers and light dishes and is also ideal as an aperitif.
