Description

Brut 9 Brioso is a very particular bubble made from Pignoletto with a strong Emilian connotation.

The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September from vineyards defined by a sandy and calcareous soil. After the vinification in steel, the wine referments in the tank according to the Martinotti Method procedure.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has a fine and persistent froth. The olfactory bouquet is made up of crisp white fruit and flowers. The sip is fresh, balanced and delicately aromatic.

Great for cheering up an aperitif with friends.
