Description

The Fantinel Prosecco Extra Dry comes from vineyards located inside the Pordenone estate of Tauriano, in the heart of the Friuli Grave DOC.

It is entirely produced from Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves at controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method.

Fantinel Prosecco Extra Dry is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and elegant floral bouquet. In the mouth it proves lively, soft and velvety.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect for dessert.
