Description

Canti Prosecco ICE is a sparkling wine from the Sparkling line, specially created for a modern and refreshing consumption, ideal for serving over ice. Made from Glera grapes, it is designed to express the most aromatic and pleasant notes of the variety, offering a lively and convivial experience in perfect Italian style.

The winemaking process uses the Charmat method, with fermentation in pressurized tanks at a controlled temperature to maintain fragrance and finesse of the bubbles. A slightly higher sugar content compared to traditional Prosecco enhances its softness, making it perfect to enjoy "on the rocks."

It has a pale straw yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet is pleasant, characteristic, and aromatic, while the palate is dry, pleasantly fruity, and harmonious, with excellent drinkability that makes it perfect for informal and festive occasions.

Best served in a large glass with ice, mint leaves, and blueberries, for an original and refreshing aperitif.
