Description

Fantinel's Prosecco Millesimato Brut One & Only comes from vineyards located inside the Pordenone estate of Tauriano, in the heart of the Friuli Grave DOC.

It is produced exclusively from Glera grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves at controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method, for 120 days.

Fantinel Prosecco Millesimato Brut One & Only is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense and elegant floral bouquet, enriched with delicate fruity notes. On the palate it is dry, persuasive and velvety.

Excellent as an aperitif, this Prosecco is ideal in combination with fish-based appetizers.
