Description

Prosecco Riva di Rocca Extra Dry from Case Bianche was born in the municipality of Susegana, from the vineyards of the Venetian farm Riva di Rocca.

Produced with pure Glera grapes, following the soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature, the prosecco undergoes a second fermentation in the autoclave for about 60 days. Finally, filtration and cold stabilization follows.

Characterized by a bright appearance, with a fine and persistent foam, Riva di Rocca has a pale straw yellow color. The scent is pleasant, typically fruity. The taste, soft and harmonious, is pleasantly persistent on the palate.

Ideal to be served with light aperitifs, it is excellent as a sparkling wine for toasts, especially between meals.
