Description
Puglia Nero di Troia Lui di Albea was born in vineyards located in the Bari area of Alberobello, in the heart of the Murge.
It is made exclusively with Nero di Troia grapes, mechanically harvested. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins for 16-18 days, in stainless steel silos, at a controlled temperature of 22-25 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 8 months in Allier barriques and in bottles until it is released onto the market.
It is characterized by an intense and dark ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of black fruits such as blueberry, blackberry and dried plum, enriched with refined notes of licorice. On the palate it is powerful and balanced, recalling hints of graphite.
Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
