Description

Gelso Rosa rosé wine is produced by Podere29, an Apulian family winery located in Cerignola, in the province of Foggia.

It consists of Nero di Troia grapes, a native red grape variety of Puglia, vinified in steel tanks. The wine thus obtained ages for 6 months in the same containers.

Medium intense pink in color, it reveals aromas of violets, cherries and black cherries to the nose. In the mouth it is elegant, of great freshness and minerality.

It goes well with appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses, both fresh and semi-mature.
