Description

This rosé wine from Masseria Surani belongs to the Soranì line, named after the location where the winery is situated.

The wine is made exclusively from Negroamaro grapes, which, after a skin maceration of 8-10 hours, are fermented in steel tanks at 13°C for 10-12 days. The wine rests for 4 months in the bottle before being released to the market.

Of pale pink color, it reveals aromas of rose and geranium, along with pink grapefruit and pomegranate. The taste is fresh and lively, with a delicately savory finish.

Particularly suitable for pairing with stewed meats such as classic meatballs in sauce, as well as with fish dishes and fresh pasta.
