Description
The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva by Vinìcola Aurora is part of the Varietal line and is born in vineyards located in Serra Gaùcha. Vinìcola Aurora is a cooperative made up of 16 winemakers.
After vinification, the wine ages 10 months in French and American oak barriques.
In the glass the wine has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red flowers, ripe red fruit, chocolate and vanilla. The taste is harmonious and complex.
To be combined with first courses seasoned with meat sauces, roasted meats and aged cheeses.
