Rheingau QbA Estate Rüdesheim Riesling 2017 Georg Breuer

Georg Breuer's QbA Estate Rüdesheim Riesling is vinified in the German region of Rheingau, known worldwide for its extraordinary aptitude for giving Rieslings of finesse and elegance.

It comes from vineyards that are defined by a steep slope and a composition of the soil divided into quartzite, shale and clay. The sensitive temperature variations between day and night determine grapes with a fine and rich aromatic profile.

Its color is straw yellow with good brilliance and some greenish reflections. The nose reveals notes of apricot, peach, apple and pear. The sip is marked by flavor and excellent freshness, which make it a wine at the same time elegant and very drinkable. Closes in a precision ending.

Perfect as an accompaniment to gratin scallops.
