Description
The Rheingau Riesling Trocken of Bibo Runge is born in vineyards located in the heart of the QbA Rheingau, in Germany.
It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine always refines in steel, before being bottled.
This Bibo Runge Riesling Trocken has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with clear fruity aromas of peach, apricot and apple. On the palate it is juicy, intense and balanced, with a pleasantly long and refreshing finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany salads and sushi.
