Rheingau QbA Rüdesheim Berg Schlossberg 2016 Georg Breuer
Description
George Breuer's Riesling Berg Schlossberg comes to life from the vineyard of the same name, located in the German municipality of Rudesheim, within the Rheingau, an area with an ancient wine tradition. The label was created by the Russian artist Mikhail Smirnov.
It is obtained from pure Riesling grapes, once the perfect degree of ripeness has been reached. This wine develops and maintains its character by carrying out its vinification exclusively in steel, including evolution.
At sight it has a golden yellow color, with a greenish rim. The nose has hints of ripe melon and pear of pleasant freshness, hinged on a mineral axis. On the palate it is rich and vibrant, with an elegant and persistent finish.
Excellent in combination with fresh cheeses and with all fish dishes. Recommended with Swedish marinated salmon gravlax.
