Description

The Parada of the Bodegas Dominio de Atauta is a red wine produced with Tempranillo grapes grown in the province of Soria in the Ribera del Duero area.

With vineyards located on very different soils but united by limestone rock and at an altitude of approx. 1000 meters above sea level, the grapes are harvested and fermented in a natural way before undergoing malolactic fermentation in vats. Afterwards, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a year which involves the use of 50% new barrels.

Brilliant ruby red in color, with delicate hints of red and black fruits, balsamic notes of licorice and coffee. Maintains freshness and strength on the palate, supported by an excellent concentration of red fruits, minerality and great balance before a long finish.

Perfect with red and white meats, in particular roast lamb and rabbit, it goes very well with salami and semi-aged cheeses.
