Romangia IGP Tuderi Badde Nigolosu 2020 Dettori

The Romangia Rosso Tuderi di Dettori comes from the Badde Nigolosu vineyard with biodynamic cultivation, located in the municipality of Sennori, in the province of Sassari.

It is made from only Cannonau grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in cement tanks, accompanied by a maceration on the skins for 3-10 days. The wine ages for 24-30 months in small concrete tanks and for a few more months in the bottle before being marketed.

It has an intense ruby red color. It offers graceful aromas of thyme and rosemary to the nose, with a pleasant finish on notes of ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is full-bodied and soft, a very elegant and persistent.

Superfine together with stewed and grilled meats, it goes well with game and aged cheeses. Try it in combination with dark chocolate.
