Description

This non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine is the result of a collaboration with the Wasem family, wine producers for four generations in the German region of Kaiserpfalz. Made from de-alcoholized wine, it combines the elegance of a traditional method with careful processing that preserves the balance between freshness and fruity aromas.

The production process involves the gentle removal of alcohol from the base wine, followed by the addition of carbon dioxide to achieve a fine and persistent effervescence. With a residual sugar of 29 g/L and balanced acidity, this sparkling wine offers a harmonious profile, maintaining a light and pleasantly sweet character.

Its pale pink hue and lively perlage make it perfect for any occasion. On the nose, delicate notes of red fruits and plum emerge, accompanied by a slight sweetness that intertwines with vibrant acidity.
