Description
Rosso Conero DOROROSSO by Fulvia Tombolini comes from vineyards located on the slopes of Monte Conero, in the Ancona municipality of Camerano.
Produced entirely with Montepulciano grapes, harvested and selected by hand in the second ten days of October, this wine carries out the classic red winemaking process, resting a few months in steel before being bottled.
Fulvia Tombolini's DOROROSSO has a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of black cherry, plum and black currant. On the palate it is full and consistent, rightly tannic, with a pleasant aftertaste of tobacco and cocoa.
Perfect to accompany game, roasts and red meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and spicy cheeses.
