Description
The Grand cru Classé is produced by Château Corbin, founded in 1852 and which owns 28.5 hectares of vineyards managed with organic farming.
The Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes are vinified in small concrete vats. Subsequently the wine ages in new French oak barrels for a few months.
Ruby red in color, it reveals aromas of crunchy red berry fruit and spices to the nose. The sip is concentrated, layered and with excellent persistence.
Ideal in combination with red meats, game and mature cheeses.
