Description
The De Feudis wines are evidence of the Apulian roots of the Fabiano family, in which all the experience gained in a century of wine production is poured.
This Primitivo del Salento is obtained from pure Primitivo grapes. Vinification takes place traditionally in red with maceration in contact with the skins. The wine ages in steel before the next bottling.
The eye has an elegant ruby red color. It opens to the nose with clear fruity hints of ripe plum and marasca cherry jam. In the mouth it reveals a soft wine with great structure, with ripe tannins which prelude to a delicately spicy finish characterized by notes of vanilla and cocoa.
Perfect to combine with red meats, it goes well with aged cheeses.
