Description

The Salento Primitivo Tenuta San Marco of the Due Palme cellars comes from the vineyards of the homonymous estate, located in the municipality of San Marco, in the province of Brindisi.

This wine is produced entirely with Primitivo grapes, which ferment for 8 days in horizontal rotary winemakers with maceration on the skins, at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C.

The Primitivo Tenuta San Marco di Due Palme shines in the glass of a beautiful vivid red. The nose has a harmonious bouqeut, with notes of red fruit and slightly spicy aromas. It can be appreciated for its elegant and soft taste, punctuated by pleasant tannins and a beautiful freshness.

Perfect marriage between this wine and roasts, it goes perfectly with cold cuts and aged cheeses.
