Description

Sandy beer represents another of the great creations of the Lucca Petrognola Brewery. This red artisan uses three different types of barley malt, with the addition of malted oats, raw spelled and a spice gruit which influences the taste decisively.

This beer has a deep ruby red color, with a full and persistent foam. The nose offers evident caramelized notes, with fruity hints that accompany this aromatic sweetness. On the palate it is enveloping and infuriating, with the combination of spices with the classic malty and caramelized hints that return.

Sandy was born as a meditation beer but is also elegantly combined with white meats and fresh soft cheeses, such as robiola, fresh goats, unseasoned pecorino ...
