Description

The Sant'Antimo Rosso Tùran of Tenute Silvio Nardi is born in vineyards located between the gentle valleys of the Orcia, Asso and Ombrone, in the extraordinary panorama of Montalcino.

It is produced 40% with Petit Verdot grapes, 30% with Sangiovese grapes, 20% with Syrah grapes and 10% with Colorino grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 15 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels and for a further period in the bottle.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a rich and complex bouquet, with spicy hints, enriched with pleasant floral aromas and light fruity nuances. On the palate it is soft, with a firm structure and balanced acidity. The wine has sweet, soft and pleasantly enveloping tannins.

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
