Description

The White Le Maioliche by Feudi del Pisciotto is a young and easy-drinking wine produced in Niscemi, in the province of Caltanissetta, with Inzolia and Grecanico grapes. The vineyards are cultivated on medium-textured soil tending to sandy, about 80 meters above sea level. Inspired by the lively decorations of Sicilian ceramics, this wine encapsulates the sun, sea, and lush nature of the island in the glass, offering an authentic expression of its aromatic and cultural richness.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal freshness, followed by four months of aging in steel and two months in the bottle.

It presents a very light straw yellow color to the eye. The aromatic profile is fresh and fruity, characterized by citrus notes of cedar and bergamot that are also found on the palate, offering a pleasant, vibrant, and particularly refreshing sip.

It pairs perfectly with appetizers, fresh cheeses, seafood, Sicilian vegetables, and red onions.
