Sicilia DOC Inzolia 2018 Feudo Arancio
Description
The Sicily Inzolia of Feudo Arancio was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Acate, in the province of Ragusa.
It is produced with 100% Insolia grapes, harvested exclusively by hand around the second week of September. Fermentation takes place for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine stays on its lees for 4 months, before being bottled.
The Inzolia of Feudo Arancio has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with evident fruity notes of pear, apricot and peach. On the palate it is enveloping and soft, pleasantly fruity and elegant.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with seafood, shellfish and all fish-based courses.
