Description
The Nero d'Avola Sicily The Moro Limited Edition of Valle dell'Acate was born in vineyards located in the Ragusa municipality of Acate, in the heart of Eastern Sicily. Of this limited edition bottle, there are only 4000 copies on the market.
It is produced exclusively with Nero d'Avola grapes, harvested manually after being left to dry slightly on the plant, once it has fully ripened. The vinification takes place traditionally in red, after which the wine ages for about 12 months in small French wooden barrels and in glass for another 60 months, before being placed on the market.
The Moro Limited Edition of Valle dell'Acate has a deep garnet red color. The nose opens with an intense aroma of red fruits. On the palate it is full, elegant and velvety.
Excellent to combine with game and aged cheeses, it is ideal as a meditation wine.
