Soave Classico DOC Vintage 2015 Bertani

Bertani's Soave Classico comes from vineyards located on the Costeggiola hills, in the heart of Soave Classico.

It is produced exclusively with Garganega grapes, a part of which is harvested in the third decade of September, while the remaining part is harvested around the end of October. The first harvest is crushed and fermented in white at a temperature of 14 ° C, while the second harvest is crushed and fermented in red with the skins at a temperature of 20 ° C for 15 days. After the union of the two wines, maturation takes place in cement tanks lined inside with glass tiles, historical containers that allow slow and progressive maturation.

This Soave Classico is characterized by a bright yellow color with golden reflections. It has an intense bouquet, with hints of elder flowers, cherry blossoms and gooseberries. On the palate it is acidic and vibrant, immediately sweetened by light notes of peach and apricot. The aftertaste is pleasantly long and persistent.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with vegetables.
