Undergrowth to Drink - Extract of black currant, apple and goji berries

The undergrowth extract to drink is made from black currant which is characterized by its intense, slightly spicy aroma and extremely refreshing taste characterized by the pleasant acidity of the fruit. The combination with Goji (Italian cultivation) gives a pleasant soft note reminiscent of ripe tomatoes. Blackcurrant (Cassis) is one of the aromatic notes that distinguishes the great Cabernet Sauvignon.

From a health point of view, this extract is characterized by its vitamin profile (blackcurrant is very rich in it) and by the antioxidant content (very present in Goji berries and blackcurrant).

Excellent for breakfast or for pairing with salads or meat carpaccio.

It is recommended to drink in a large glass.
