Description
The Spumante Extra Dry di Ceci is obtained from Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia di Candia grapes in perfect harmony with each other, like a well-assorted orchestra, which grow on hilly terrain of medium texture.
After the manual harvest, which takes place at the end of August, the white vinification begins. The refermentation takes place in autoclave with the Martinotti-Charmat method.
It is presented in the glass with a straw yellow color and a delicate and elegant perlage. The nose is broad and fresh, where the herbaceous notes and floral hints of rose and hawthorn are clearly distinguished, turning to a fruity finish reminiscent of apple and white peach, with hints of citrus. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a nice persistence.
Perfect to serve with appetizers, both sea and land, it goes well with first and second courses with a rather aromatic taste.
