Description
The Enrico Primo Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine from the Torre Fornello farm was born in the heart of the Colli Piacentini DOC area.
It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 30 months on the lees before disgorgement.
Spumante Enrico Primo is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant and intense bouquet of vanilla, enriched with hints of almond blossom and bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, light, complete and round.
It is ideal to accompany aperitifs, it is excellent in combination with pastries and cream and fresh fruit desserts.
