Description
The Enrico Primo Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine from the Torre Fornello farm was born in the heart of the Colli Piacentini DOC area.
It is produced 80% from Chardonnay grapes and 20% from Pinot Noir grapes in variable percentages, harvested and selected manually. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 30 months on the lees before disgorgement.
Spumante Enrico Primo is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with a bouquet of vanilla, enriched with hints of almond blossom and bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, light, complete and round.
It is ideal to accompany aperitifs, it is excellent in combination with pastries and cream desserts and fresh fruit.
