Description

The Chardonnay from the Flora di Girlan selection comes from the wonderful vineyards located in the hamlet of Cornaiano, in Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced from Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected manually in small containers. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages on the lees in cask for 12 months and in bottle for a further 6 months, before being marketed.

This Chardonnay has a straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and intense bouquet, with notes of yellow fruit. On the palate the excellent sapidity and a pleasant persistence stand out, softened by pleasant fruity returns.

Perfect to accompany refined dishes and white meat dishes.
