Description

The Pinot Bianco of the Gries line of the Cantina di Bolzano is obtained exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested between the second half of September and the first half of October.

After a soft pressing of the bunches, the must ferments at controlled temperature in steel containers, where also the aging process takes place.

Light yellow in color, it is characterized by a perfume in which fruity hints of apple and pear dominate. On the palate it is dry and full, with beautiful harmony.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect with fish, white meats and vegetable recipes.
