Description

Alois Lageder's Alto Adige Moscato Giallo Vogelmaier was born inside the homonymous Maso, near Lake Caldaro.

It is produced entirely with Moscato Giallo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in September. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months on the fine lees, before being bottled.

Alois Lageder's Moscato Giallo Vogelmaier has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense and aromatic bouquet, with floral notes of nutmeg and ripe fruit. On the palate it is medium-bodied and balanced, with a pleasantly dry and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in the company of tasty appetizers, asparagus and typical oriental dishes.
