Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Müller Thurgau 2016 Kellerei Meran Burggräfler

The Alto Adige Müller Thurgau of the Kellerei Meran Burggräfler winery originates from vineyards located at an altitude of 550-650 meters above sea level, located in Cermes and in Lana di Merano, in the province of Bolzano.

It is obtained from Müller Thurgau grapes, macerated at low temperature for about 12 hours. The must ferments in small stainless steel tanks, then ages for 5 months on its lees before being bottled.

The Müller Thurgau from the Kellerei Meran Burggläfer winery is straw yellow in color. On the nose it recalls aromas of white flowers, broom and nutmeg. The taste is fresh and well structured, with a delicate aftertaste on citrus tones.

Ideal to be opened as an aperitif, it goes very well with light appetizers and fresh cheeses.
