Description

Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Pinot Noir was born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. After a traditional maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages on noble lees in oak barrels.

This Pinot Noir is characterized by a lively ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense and velvety bouquet. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly full, with a pleasant acidulous note and balanced tannins.

Perfect to accompany game and grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts and aged cheeses.
