Sulfurea Vapori di Birra

Sulfurea represents the Weizen of the Pisan brewery Vapori di Birra. This product is part of the original and most characteristic triptych of beers made in the first year of life of the brewery.

It has a very delicate opalescent yellow color, with a compact white foam. On the nose, strong notes of cloves emerge with a fruity hint of banana. In the mouth the olfactory aromas are repeated, accompanied by an excellent freshness that helps drinking.

Sulfurea proves excellent with fish or white meat dishes, also ideal with light meats. This beer finds its perfect harmony with traditional German cuisine.
