Wild Blueberry is characterized by a slightly astringent sensation given by the tannins contained in the fruit and a delicate fruity scent. Sea buckthorn berries give a pleasant olive note. On the palate it remains a pleasant sensation with a slight astringe and a pleasantly dry finish.

From a health point of view, this extract is characterized by its antioxidant and vitamin profile. Blueberry is rich in anthocyanins and tannins while Sea Buckthorn contains over 10 times the vitamin C of the orange as well as many vitamins of the group B, D, E, P, F making it a good supplement.

Excellent for breakfast, for pairing with salads, carpaccio or fish tartare or grilled vegetables.

It is recommended to drink in a large glass.
